You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours, as long as we haven’t started crafting or customizing it yet. Just contact us with your order number, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, we offer a selection of items with personalized tags.

Processing & Shipping

How long before my order is shipped?
Each order is lovingly packed within 2 to 4 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on your region, but we always choose the most efficient and cost-effective carrier available.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We do our best to keep it fair and transparent.

Do you ship internationally?
Food items are shipped within Canada only.
Non-food items are shipped to both Canada and the United States.

Will I receive tracking info?
Yes. Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Can I change the text after placing the order?
Yes, as long as we haven’t started production yet.
In some cases, we’ll email you a preview before printing to make sure everything looks perfect.

What if I made a typo in the name?

In some cases, we’ll email you a preview so you can double-check the details. Once it’s approved or printed, we won’t be able to make changes or reprints free of charge, so please take a moment to review everything carefully.
