Cancellations

We understand that plans can change.

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided that preparation or customization has not yet begun.

To request a cancellation, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

Returns & Refunds

Because many of our products are personalized, perishable, or made to order, we are unable to accept general returns.

That said, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • The wrong item or label was sent

  • Your order arrived damaged

To help us resolve the issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will provide a kind and prompt solution.

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Candies with personalized tags

  • Spice blends with custom labels

  • Opened or perishable goods

  • Gift sets

  • Printables / digital products

These items are food-based, made to order, or personalized and cannot be resold for safety and quality reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, we’re truly sorry.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with and we’ll take care of the rest.

 

Special Exceptions

In limited cases, we may accept returns for non-food, non-personalized items if:

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • The return is pre-approved by our team

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the error was ours

  • A small restocking fee may apply

Refund Processing

Once a return or refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Right of Withdrawal

Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, the legal right of withdrawal does not apply.
